ME offers servives  and opportunties for women of all fitness level to achieve their fitness and endurance related goals. Alhumdulillah we have created a family friendly atmosphere where bringing your children along is encouraged. The Challenge

Muslimahs Endure recongize that our biggest challenge and obstacle as women is finding the time in our busy schedules to workout. We wear so many hats. Our obligations to our family and community take precedents to our fitness, as it should. However, it should not be neglected. Our body does have rights over us as well!

The Solution

Make “improving your health” a priority in your life. Often times, we eliminate our workouts when life gets hetic, DON’T!  Next, set small attainable goals. Then, maybe the hardest part TAKE THAT FIRST STEP. Finally stay COMMITTED  and CONSISTENT. We are here to help!
