Challenges are activities that engage people in becoming happier, healthier, and more energetic. The purpose of challenges is to encourage healthier lifestyle behaviors. If you start with a simple but consistent program you’ll be able to create a baseline of fitness to build on through the rest of the year. Once it becomes a habit — and that includes making time for it even when you don’t think you can — it will become part of your lifestyle. Join Muslimahs Endure for our 2018 Walk to Win Competition! Sign up as an individual or team (no more than 3 people). This 30-day challenge is a FUN opportunity to get active and engage in some healthy competition with other women. The competition will begin Today January 1 to Wednesday, January 31, 2018, and each participant must have an activity tracker in order to join.
At the end of the 30 days, prizes will be awarded to the team and individual with the most step activity during the competition!
